Evie Rusman is a finance journalist currently working at Verdict covering titles including Retail Banker International, Electronic Payments International and Cards International.
She graduated from Kingston University in 2019, gaining a First Class Degree in Journalism BA (Hons).
Having interned at BBC Outside Source, a world service radio programme, she has a good knowledge of how the broadcast industry works.
She has also interned at local news outlets including Radio Jackie, which is based in southwest London, and CN Media based in Cumbria. At Radio Jackie, Evie volunteered as a travel presenter where she regularly wrote travel scripts and presented travel updates live on air every week.
In 2018, Evie was the news editor for The River Newspaper, which reaches tens of thousands in the southwest London area, mainly Kingston upon Thames.
